Month 1 - Foundation
In the first month we look at your Human KPI Map and define your criterias for success. We look at micro habits for setting the foundations for sleep, nutrition and movement.
Month 2 +3 - Emotional Intelligence & Regulation
This element is dedicated towards your emotions and their regulation. We look at shame, anger, guilt, emotions that get often brushed away. We look at how to build compassion and use them as accelerator.
Month 4+5 - Rewiring limiting beliefs
During these weeks we identify your limiting beliefs and use memory reconsolidation to rewire them using postiive visualisation and rehearsal techniques.
Month 6 - Longevity & Systems
This is all about designing supportive systems that support your in maintaining progress and reinforcing self confidence & accountability.
